Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or for custom items (e.g., personalized pet portraits), processing may take longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

We use Royal Mail for delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Standard shipping options include:

Once shipped, delivery within the UK typically takes 1-2 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and your location. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom or personalized items (e.g., pet portraits) may not be eligible for returns unless faulty.
