Refunds are available within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom or personalized items (e.g., pet portraits) are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds do not apply to shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at craftedbymhairi.co.uk within the 30-day period, providing your order details and reason for the refund.
Return the item to us at your expense. You are responsible for any damage or loss during return transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Partial refunds may apply if the item is not in resalable condition.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us immediately with photos and details.
We will provide a full refund, including return shipping costs, or offer a replacement at no additional charge.
