1. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Refunds are available within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., pet portraits) are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • Refunds do not apply to shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process
  • To request a refund, contact us at craftedbymhairi.co.uk within the 30-day period, providing your order details and reason for the refund.

  • Return the item to us at your expense. You are responsible for any damage or loss during return transit.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Partial refunds may apply if the item is not in resalable condition.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us immediately with photos and details.

  • We will provide a full refund, including return shipping costs, or offer a replacement at no additional charge.

4. Exceptions
  • No refunds for items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the policy is abused.
